Physical Therapy
Treatment starts after a thorough physical therapy assessment to determine an appropriate program for the diagnosis and current physical findings. The majority of insurance carriers require a written prescription from the referring or primary care practitioner according to the patient’s policy requirements.

At CPARM the patient and the physical therapist review progress at each appointment in order to make necessary advancements to treatment and home programs. The physical therapist sends an initial assessment report with a treatment plan to the patient’s referring doctor and follows with progress notes to keep the doctor apprised of the patient’s improvement.

All of the physical therapists at CPARM are licensed by the state of Georgia and qualified to treat orthopedic dysfunction and pain. Orthopedic problems include those of the joints, muscles, tendons, and ligaments throughout the body.
